In December 2019 we conducted research into a sample of 52 cases of women we’d worked with together over the previous six months.
Key findings

4 granted Refugee Status by Home Office (18%)
3 still in the process of getting a decision (14%)
12 whose new grounds on rape were considered at appeal (23%)
Appeal outcomes (% as a total of women with appeals only)
9 won full refugee status (75%)
3 won on human rights rights grounds (25%)
12 successful appeals (100%)
